How is this different from Telta's AI Literacy Assessment?
Telta's AI Literacy Assessment measures individual AI proficiency. This assessment measures the organization's structural readiness to absorb AI transformation: which departments stall on AI adoption, and why.Run both, and gaps surface on both fronts: individual capability and organizational structure.
15–20 minutes on average. About 20 items, using BARS (Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale) instead of agree/disagree. Respondents pick the option matching their actual behavior.
How often should we measure?
Once per quarter or half-year. Repeat measurement shows the shift before and after HR interventions. After reorganization, new AI infrastructure, or a new AX strategy, use it to verify the organization is moving as intended.
How are results delivered?

Does this work for small organizations?
Yes, no size limit. For statistical reliability in unit-level comparisons, we recommend at least 5 respondents per unit. A pilot on one team or job level is also an option.
